The purpose of the ABM Debt Services settlement program is to settle out consumer debt for a payment that is significantly less than the amount you owe. Settlements are paid with money that you build in an FDIC insured trust account established and owned by you, the client, at an FDIC insured bank. All of our clients commit to a single monthly deposit into their account and as money accumulates in their bank accounts, settlement offers are submitted to creditors. When a settlement is accepted by a creditor and approved by the client the settlement amount is paid from the client's trust account.
We have a numerous clients with the same creditors. This gives us financial leverage. We can offer the creditor a large sum of money to settle many accounts. This allows us to receive discounts well beyond the capabilities of any individual or other debt negotiation company. All of our clients can view their account information online with a log in and password of their choosing for security purposes.
The ABM Debt Services debt settlement program has been developed with the needs of you, the client, in mind. We work 100% for you from beginning to end. Your control may be the best aspect of our program. When enrolling in our program, all clients work with one of our Certified Debt Specialists to calculate a monthly payment they can afford. Based on the payment, we can determine the approximate amount of time it will take you become completely debt free. Our Clients also have the final approval on whether or not to accept a settlement. While enrolled in our program, we contact you monthly to assist with money management and budgeting techniques. |
